1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "pol88", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pol88 gaming platform, its operators, and affiliated entities.
• "User", "you", "your", "Player" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the pol88 platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identification document (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk).

2.2 Account Creation

When creating a pol88 Account, you agree to:

• Create only one Account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

pol88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraud. You agree to provide the following documents upon request:

• Valid Indonesian national identification card (KTP)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last 3 months)
• Bank account verification documents showing account holder name matching your pol88 Account
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document for facial verification

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. pol88 may also conduct enhanced due diligence for large transactions or suspicious activity patterns.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pol88 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri)

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

• Processing Time: Deposits made via bank transfer during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) are typically credited within 3-5 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day.
• Currency: All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pol88 does not accept foreign currency deposits.

3.3 Deposit Requirements

• All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• pol88 reserves the right to reject any deposit that does not comply with our verification requirements or that we believe may be associated with money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on pol88 games and services. Using pol88 as a money transfer service is prohibited.
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider for deposit transactions.

4. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

4.1 Withdrawal Process

To request a withdrawal from your pol88 Account:

• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Indonesian Rupiah) per day; Rp 200,000,000 (two hundred million Indonesian Rupiah) per month
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-15:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day.
• Bank Transfer Time: After pol88 approves and processes your withdrawal, funds typically arrive in your bank account within 1-2 hours during banking hours, or on the next business day if processed after hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

pol88 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests under the following circumstances:

• Incomplete or unverified Account information
• Suspicious activity patterns suggesting bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other prohibited activities
• Outstanding bonus wagering requirements
• Active disputes or investigations related to your Account
• Technical issues with payment processors or banking systems
• Suspected violation of these Terms and Conditions

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require wagering (also called "rollover" or "turnover") before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount and/or deposit amount before funds become withdrawable. For example:

• A bonus with "15x wagering" on a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 15,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal.
• A "15x (bonus + deposit)" requirement on a Rp 1,000,000 deposit with Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 30,000,000 in total wagers.
• Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements (typically 100% for slots, 10-20% for table games, varying percentages for sports betting depending on odds).

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Sports Betting

When placing sports bets on the pol88 platform, the following rules apply:

• Bets are settled according to official results as determined by the respective sports governing body or league.
• pol88 reserves the right to void bets placed on matches or events affected by technical issues, obvious pricing errors, or suspicious circumstances.
• Live in-play betting odds change rapidly; your bet is placed at the odds accepted at the time of bet confirmation, not the odds displayed when you initially clicked.
• Maximum payout limits apply to single bets, accumulator bets (mix parlay), and daily/weekly aggregate winnings as specified in the current betting limits published on the platform.
• Bets on postponed or cancelled events will typically be voided unless the event is rescheduled within 48 hours, in which case bets remain valid.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games including slots, live dealer games, and table games are governed by the following:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that ensure fairness and unpredictability.

9. Limitation of Liability

In any event, pol88's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account in the preceding 30 days.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering

Upon account termination, any remaining balance will be refunded to you (minus any outstanding fees or penalties) after deducting any bonuses, pending bets, and amounts owed to pol88. Winnings obtained through fraudulent means or violation of Terms will be forfeited.
